Even if the rest of Sweden shuts down for the summer -the Dynamite won't. We've got sheepstations coming up and we need to keep that match fitness we've earned over the last few months.

Sessions will be short and sweet 6pm to 7:30pm Wednesday's

Monday running and boxing will be starting up again soon too. (just gotta let some injuries heal)
